FAQs

Do you bring the oven with you?

Yes!

It’s the only way we can guarantee absolute freshness and make sure we really do cater to how much your guests may eat.

With this in mind, we need a space outside to park the pizza trailer at your event. Ideally this is a flat area, of at least 3x6m.

What if I or one of my guests has a food allergy?

Just let us know when you select your menu.

We understand that some people are not able to eat certain foods due to allergies, sensitivities and aversions. As long as we know this beforehand we can make sure that everyone is catered for by either removing ingredients or swapping them out.

We have a vegan pizza range as standard and can switch pizzas to gluten-free bases on request (surcharge may apply).

You don’t have my favourite pizza

Tell us!

We love to be told about new and exciting combinations and trying them out with people. If you have a special request, let us know and we can try our best to make it happen.

Do you require water or power to attend my location?

We bring our own water and power supplies with us to every event. Power is supplied via a generator, but we can also hook into a standard 10 Amp power outlet if provided.

What is your payment policy?

To confirm and hold dates for event bookings we require a $200 deposit. This deposit secures a date in our calendar and ensure that we are available for your event on your chosen day.

2-3 weeks out from your event we will be in touch to confirm the final menu with you and guest numbers. This leaves you with some flexibility. At this stage, we will confirm the final price and request full payment to be made within 7 days.

Please check our full booking policy for more details.

What if I change my plans?

Plans change, it’s a part of life.

We can also work with you in regards to-

  • Date changes

  • Venue moves

  • Guest numbers (also see above payment policy)

  • Sudden dietary requests

Please check our full booking policy for more details.

How do you handle personal information?

What about fire bans?

We keep watch during the hotter months for fire bans, and as a caterer we automatically fall under exemptions for most situations. This may mean we need assistance from you in order to ensure your event location also passes the exemption rules.
