Wheel Pizza

BOOKING CONDITIONS & ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
The Customer is asked to read carefully all the provisions of the Contract concerning their function. Receipt of deposit from The Customer will be seen as an acceptance of the below conditions.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
On confirmation of a booking, a deposit of $200 is required. Bookings are not confirmed or held until a deposit has been made.
Deposits are held in order to secure dates within the booking calendar. This ensures that the date is held solely for the customer, and they have the flexibly of timing for service as needed for their event. No other events are booked on the same day to provide customers maximum flexibility. Deposits are non-refundable.
The final invoice amount is determined after gathering all final details from the customer ( ie guest/pizza numbers and dietary requirements). The deposit amount is subtracted from the final invoice amount before payment. Final payment of the total invoice is due no later than 7 days prior to the function.
CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS
Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the function. If no guaranteed number is received, the original number contracted or final head count, whichever is greater, will be charged.
MENU SELECTION + CHANGES
Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. Requests for changes to menu selection within 5 days prior to a function will be considered at the sole discretion of Wheel Pizza. We will do everything possible to facilitate your requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available. In the case of supply shortages outside of our control, menu items may be substituted by a similar product.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Final dietary requirements must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. Additional requests outside the original quote may incur a surcharge that will be reflected in the final payment request. Requests for changes or additions within 5 days prior to a function will be considered at the sole discretion of Wheel Pizza. We will do everything possible to facilitate your requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available.
MARKETING DISCLAIMER
When you attend a Wheel Pizza function, you enter an area where photography & videography may occur. These images pay be used for social media and advertising. By entering the event premise, you & your guests consent to such photographic content being used for marketing and promotional purposes. Please advise if you do not wish for us to use your event for advertising purposes.
HEALTH + SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Wheel Pizza will not be liable for food requested to be left behind or taken after a function. Wheel Pizza endeavours to advise guests of all dietaries in our food, however all items are prepared by us may contain trace elements of seafood, nuts and other allergens. Wheel Pizza takes no responsibility for any allergic reactions.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a booking must be received in writing. Wheel Pizza reserves the right to withhold all or part of, as outlined below;

Less than 7 days prior to confirmed function date - 50% of total quoted function charges
In the event of extreme circumstances for cancellation, Wheel Pizza will review the above.
POSTPONEMENT
Requests for postponement of a booking must be received in writing. The rescheduled booking date must be within 12 months of the original booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and is subject to availability. All monies paid to date will be allocated to the new function date.
Postponement may result in a change in pricing and customers will be notified if this is the case.
